I am inexperienced in this area (lightweight), but probably those guys that know about this are going to ask you for additional information:

Where and when are you going?

How many days you plan to stay there?

One thing that I realized is the Snow peak’s kit weight is wrong.

Also, I see that you are carrying a 3 person tent, so you can share the weight with your partners.

You seem to have a bad weight on the Smartwool 150gsm pants at 8lb – 8oz perhaps?

I assume the REI Flash is a day pack for side trips.  Replace with a Sea to Summit collapsible day pack for a saving of 13oz.

Ignacio asks some important questions and I doubt your  cook pans weigh under 1 ounce you have your Snow Peak Trek pans listed at 7.4 grams

Another important question is whether you have a budget to replace any heavy items.

    When is sort of important.

Generally in the Sierra Id tell you the only bring a light puffy, no fleece. Your puffy is quite heavy though.  What I bring is a ultralight montbell puffy that weighs 5.9 oz. no fleece.

Don’t need extra underwear. Only extra clothing i bring is socks. And I wash out about every 10 miles and change do the dirt build-up.

With right clothing you don’t need sunscreen or insect repellent. You surely don’t need deodorant or hand sanitizer. Get rid of all the wipes, all you need is a half ounce of toilet paper in a ziplock.

Unless you can make the whole trip without pooping, I think hand sanitizer is a very good thing to carry. I also wouldn’t go very far without sunscreen. Even with a hat, my face needs some if it is bright. I think it’s more important at elevation, but I have no experience in that regard.

If you have soap….sanitizer is ridiculous.

Who uses sanitizer at home after pooping?  Or before eating.  Soap is much better.

Sunscreen not necessary with right clothing.

    With….right….clothing.

I avoid sunscreen. Bad for sensitive alpine lakes. And makes dirt stick to you, gets your clothing and gear nasty. The old fashioned way is better. Cover up. Your cooler with out sun on you as well.   SunGloves, hats, long sleeves, buff if necessary.
