As I am now limited by age, ability and caretaker responsibilities, I backpack vicariously via YouTube videos. I just came across some videos by “Dena” of Iranian families hiking routes that make Angel’s Landing look like a stroll down Fifth Avenue. This one shows a woman carrying a baby in a wooden cradle on her back while scrambling cliffsides. Check it out… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6KZgih_lLo&t=787s

βThey seem to have no problem navigating that trail, the children seem unfazed.It does leave the question as to why? Why so many kids and no supplies?
