Looking for Red Rocks for about 3 nights

Does anyone have a recommendation for a place that is Sedona like but has a trail about 3 nights in length? Or three nights at a casual pace of 8 to 12 miles? Sedona seems to have only a few trails for backpacking. My schedule is flexible so any time of year would work. Water on trail would be perfect but I’d be okay without.
