Is the water fountain/restroom at Mount Wilson is open this time of year?

I’ve never been up the Mount Wilson trail, but I know the observatory isn’t open yet. I heard the water fountain might be working…but does anyone know if the restrooms are working? I’m not sure if its one of those trails where there’s no room to “go” except for established toilets.
