iframe code causes blocking by Cloudflare

I copied the iframe code from a vimeo vid and got whacked.

“Why have I been blocked?
This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data. Cloudflare Ray ID: 65c4031c2e313995”

If you can post how to embed from vimeo without wasting time experimenting with code that would be nice. I went to the ‘text’ tab and used the ‘code’ button to surround the iframe with the reverse apostrophes.

I would give the iframe code but it causes blocking (duh). It embeds the video (with extraneous, messy stuff around the player window) in the ‘visual’ tab, but then Cloudflare poops its pants when I go to submit the post.

Just put the Vimeo link inline. Don’t use the iframe code.
