Unlike some brands, Sea-to-Summit pillows don’t have a zipper. However, there is one seam that is stitched from the outside, which can be removed. Then you can pull the plastic inner out through that hole, find and patch the hole (I used an Exped patch kit), and then restitch it when done.
Got this from an REI garage sale heavily discounted from the regular forty something dollars to $7. It surprises me that there are so many punctured sleeping pads that people return, even though the pad includes a repair kit which is generally still intact. I suppose having to unstitch and repair a pillow that doesn’t come with a repair kit is a little more daunting but it’s just as easy, nonetheless:
