Welcome to the new site! We certainly expect our members to find bugs in the new site that we weren’t able to discover, and we’d appreciate it very much if you posted them as new topics in this forum.
Please include screenshots so we can see what you are seeing, and give us instructions on how to replicate the behavior on our end so we can effectively diagnose what’s going on.
If you can include your platform (desktop/mobile), operating system (please make sure your OS is up to date!), and the name of your browser, that would be helpful as well.
If you get server errors (500-series errors), we definitely want to know about those and what you were trying to do when they occurred.
Known Issues:
- We are going to be messing around a lot with our CDN and caching. In addition, Cloudflare is undergoing intermittent latency in their services because they are upgrading their network-wide infrastructure this month. So, if you happen to get slow page load times and/or 404 errors (our “Oops” page), no need to report those for now – just click the logo to go back to the home page, and then try getting back to the page where you encountered the Oops.
Recent Forum Posts may not be updated in real-time, even when you’re logged in. This is related to #1 above and we have a plan to resolve this very soon. Now updated in real time for logged-in users; as per usual, some caching delays for non-logged-in users to relieve the heavy query load on this page!- There are some mobile styling issues on Article pages (alignment) that we’ll be addressing in the next few days.
- Thanks for your patience. The next few days may be a little bumpy, but we’ll be able to smooth it out pretty quick.
