How do I insert a photo in a post?

It is stored in my desk top under pictures.

Old way no longer works.

Click on the picture icon as usual. It brings up a dialog box. Click the camera icon on the right, which should bring up a box where you can navigate on your hard drive to the photo. Double click the photo and you’ll get a ‘Please Wait” in the box next to the camera icon (it’s uploading your photo to BPL). Once uploaded you’ll see the Please Wait change to where it now is on BPL. Simply click the OK button and you’re done.
