    Hi BPL!

I have a Rab Windveil pullover on the way and I want to stick a hood on it. The only source for Pertex I know of is thru-hiker, and they have Pertex Microlight Eco. It’s been in stock forever, though, so I don’t know how old/what generation it is, and I also don’t know what the Eco designates. The benefits of the Microlight Super DWR are supposed to be better wind resistance than older Microlight and better breathability and durability than Quantum. And of the course the supposed 100 washes DWR. I’m looking for advice on something similar in performance to pair with the Windveil.

(On that note, has anyone taken Richard Nisley’s data + marketing claims and made a spreadsheet of it to directly compare different companys’ fabrics? Ventum, Argon, Momentum, NoBul, HyperD, etc. Seems a “This is similar to this,” table would be of great use to MYOGers.
