I also use a Nyloflume with screw in adapter , It works great .There is a guy on Etsy that sells them . One could also cannibalize an old pump sack ( like the crappy one that probably came with your pad) for the adapter and glue it to the nyloflume .Personally I like the screw on option because it’s quick and easy to install you can basically turn any bag into a pump sack with it .
