Sharing an online course that I am in the process of enjoying, called Ecosystems of California

it’s a set of mostly 10-20 minute videos, largely filmed on location throughout the state, giving an easily digested overview of the floral and faunal communities found here, and the forces – geologic, atmospheric, anthropogenic – that created them.
The lecturer is a professor at UC Santa Cruz, but the class is offered through Coursera. Registration is required to use their platform, but payment is not if you wish to audit (no certificate). Hopefully some will find this interesting!
