Hey everyone, I finally completed my next tent. This one is intended to be a roomy 2P tent with room for gear/dog. It has one vestibule that zips shut. The foot end does not have a vestibule to increase air flor and reduce weight, but is still protected from the elements. The inner net can be completely removed if needed. The finally weight is around 2.7 lbs with everything included.

Dimensions: 70 inches (head end) 60 inches (foot end) X 90 inches long. Front height is 50 inches and back height is 42 inches. It has 10 inch bathtub walls.

Materials: Fly (1.1 silpoly) Floor (1.1 silpoly PU4000) Mesh (.9oz)

Great job! The catenary shapes look good. Looks roomy and weather worthy!

Did you use an existing pattern or draw your own?

    Bill,

I created a basic outline using sketchup to get the dimensions and everything. There is no way I could have done it with that.
