Avalanche Floatation Packs – need recommendation

Hi,
I’ve done a cursory review of the flotation packs out there.  I can”s seem to find too many articles that pass the marketing sniff test.  Too many appear to be “incentivized” by brands that don’t make the top 5 in the market so the perspectives offer little value.

What are the best of each category?

I had the Arc’Teryx (I suppose this means I’m price insensitive… heh) but when it was recalled I turned it in.  I think I accept the advantages of electonic particularly with respect to air travel & being able to test inflation in the outback, but am interested in hearing others’ thoughts.
