I live out in Socal and I'm having some issues trying to get condiment packets such as Mayo and relish. I've tried grocery stores and convenient stores that sell food and no luck. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough. Does anyone have suggestions on where else to look? Need to gear up for a trip this weekend!
Sep 5, 2007 at 10:44 am #1401122Perhaps some of the burger joints can hook you up. You may have to order something first though. Also, try any restaurant supply companies in your area, they may sell the packets in bulk, which should keep you going for a while.
Not sure if any of these thoughts will help you though, but good luck!

Sep 5, 2007 at 12:28 pm #1401130Ditto on minimus.biz. I've ordered from them several times, and they have all sorts of other goodies besides condiments. I hope they re-stock their cranberry sauce packets soon so I can use them with stovetop dressing and gravy. I've used the olive oil packets for dipping the biscuits I "bake" with my alcohol stove.
Sep 5, 2007 at 1:07 pm #1401136Thanks for the suggestion; I'll use them for the next trip.
Unfortunately I'm leaving Friday so I need to get them today or tomorrow. I'm going to try Smart and Final after work. Any other places???
Sep 5, 2007 at 6:27 pm #1401190Have you asked at any delis? Either stand alone delis or the sandwich making area in big grocery stores. They often have the packets.
If all else fails…..go buy some tuna lunch kits ;-) They come with both packets!
Sep 6, 2007 at 9:13 am #1401255I was finally able to get some. I just went to a bunch of convenient stores until I found one that had the packets. For some reason most use the big jar w/ a pump. I'm definately going to stock up from minimus next time.
