To search a single forum –

"Search Forums" only works if you are on the Forum Index page –

from any post,click on "Forum Index" at the top of the page, then click on Search Forums. Use the drop down box to search in the forum of intrest

It kinda is if you know the name of the forum you want to search.

i.e.: If I want to search the gear swap forum only for, say, a duomid, then in the Search BPL box in upper right of every page, I'd just enter "gear swap" duomid and hit return (capitalization is not necessary).
