Hello! I decided that maybe I just have one thread for new O'Mails, and that way I'm not clogging up the Forum with a ton of threads about these blog posts.

Hahahaha! You know, the eating helmet part was a last minute off-the-cuff addition, and I've got more comments about that than any other part of the article!

Very enjoyable! Such great new opportunities for UL cottage gear makers, or do you think Lazyboy would make me a recliner with a CF frame, balloons for padding in the cushions and hybrid wool/cuben fiber upholstery fabric?

Jim — I am apparently the leading cause of damaged keyboards among hikers. Glad you liked it!

Ian — the amount of time I spent researching furniture for this article is fairly ridiculous. But worth it!

After scrolling through some of the…other things that were going on there on Saturday night, I needed something upbeat (and also an excuse to go back through the blog and dig up the masterpiece that is the "car door" post.)
