Depending on dates, a good option would be to camp at one of our Council's properties, Glen Aspen Ranch. This is available by reservation for a nominal fee ($3/pp/weekend out of council). It isn't a very large tract of property (200 acres) but has plenty of national forest very close with easy access to Woodland Park. Also at 9100 feet it will help acclimate your crew. >B-52 Campground on USAFA (Colorado Springs)

Another option that may work is to rent a cabin at the USAFA Farish Recreation Area. It's located at 9k' between Woodland Park and the USAFA.
