8 Day Trip Suggestions in VT/NH?

Hello all,

I’m going up to Vermont in late June and looking for a route that is either a loop or has minimal out-and-back. Currently looking at the Whites but the sheer number of trails is a little overwhelming from a planning standpoint. I’d welcome any suggestions and appreciate the help!

Can’t speak to Vermont but the Whites have a ton of options. Look at the AMC’s website and see if you can figure out how to utilize the hiker shuttle to do a point to point. Classic trips there are the Pemi loop, Presidential traverse, and the Carter-Moriah traverse. Eight days is enough to do the whole AT section of NH. PM if you specific questions on routes.
