Last week i picked up a Klarus MiX6 Ti for everday carry. This little light only weighs 12 grams empty and runs off one AAA battery. Its highest output of three settings is 85 lumens (plenty for me) and also includes a strobe. Anyway to the point. I rigged up a headband and sewed some elastic flat to the side of it… It had to be flat because the light is so so small… And wore it out on a hike after work the other night, the sun started to set so i pulled out my new little setup and WOW plenty of light for night hiking. I ran it on the medium (30 lumens?) and it did fine for the hour or so it took me back to the truck. At about an ounce and a half for light and head band i think this will be my new go to for all outtings and longer trips. I'll have to put it through the paces to make sure reliability is there, but im optomistic. Build quality seems top notch, and is extremely user freindly. You toggle through settings by twisting the head of the light on/off. Thought id share my find and see if anyone else uses the same light.
Thanks,

It uses 4 lithium coin batteries which seem to last forever. Four spare batteries in trimmed down factory wrappers weigh next to nothing.
For a replacement I may go with a PT Tactical Remix. Nice, bright and lite.
I have a PT Tactical EOS for winter. I like its red filter to save night vision but dislike its blue-white light.

Neat EDC light! I use a Fenix E11 myself.
Love lights <3
