The older Cocoon pants and pullover were able to be stuffed in the BPL 500 ci stuff sacks (size M) without adverse problems.
Now over time is there any new opinions? Can the new Cocoon Hoody and Pants be put into the 500 ci stuff sack or will this damage the garments over time? Should the Cocoon gear not be stowed this small?
I have had no discernable loss of loft by stuffing my 2 year old (3 yr. old?) Cocoon Pullover in the M stuffsack on my trips. I don't of course store them that way, long term—it hangs in my gear closet making sure that neighboring garments or equipment are not pressing on it. Until I'm informed otherwise, that's exactly how I will be treating the preordered Cocoon pants.
Kevin,
Was that both the pants and pullover together in the 500 ci stuff sack or just the pullover in the 500 cu stuff sack?
Thanks,
David
I don't have the pants, yet, David. There seems to be a comfortable margin of room to allow more. We will see.
