Two places I've found excellent prices on lightweight headlamps and flashlights are www dot meritline dot com and www dot goldengadgets dot com. It is interesting that the high end stores get premium prices for these things, not that I blame them, just that not all of us who are UL backpackers are rich. The great prices I've gotten at these sites have been sale prices I've found via www dot dealnews dot com.
