Kicking around the idea of a trip to Dewey Point, Yosemite for some fun snowshoe and snowcamping business. Who would like to attend? Just a quick overnighter to get the feet wet and kick off winter. Beginners are more than welcome. Talk dates??? If Dec. cannot work, then the beginning of January could do too
That be a long drive from work in Nevada, even from home in Kali. The NorthCA Hiking group does that quite a bit. I'd rather get back to the traditional Winterfest in Lassen, but mtnsteve isn't up for much bping/skiing anymore.

I'll bring the snow!!!!!! I'm in for a weekend trip.
"Just a quick overnighter to get the feet wet"
Ken, maybe a slightly different turn of phrase would make it sound more inviting. :)
I'm interested. I could probably only do Dec 8th though, possibly the 15th.
I'm interested too. I've been wanting to do a snow trip for awhile. I can't do Dec 8th, but I'm free other than that. Bring on the snow!
Early January is going to work for me. Let's discuss a weekend and do this!
I'd be interested depending on the date.
Don't worry about dates on my account…If what you pick works for me, I'll go.
I am interested and early January should work. Once a date is proposed, I'll be able to commit.
I like the January date also. Count me in.
I'm a noob to snow camping, but would love to join if dates work for me. I'll just keep an eye on the thread and see what develops.
somehere around the 7-11th??
