I've had these eVENT pants by Pearl Izumi for the last 4 years and the have performed flawlessly. They have full leg zips, zip fly, a thigh pocket, internal gaiters and adjustable waist belt. All zips are water resistant. There is reinforcing fabric in the seat and knees. The eVENT material is by far the best waterproof breathable I have used. I never wore more than a thin baselayer under these pants for multiple winter outings. Used them for snowshoeing and snowboarding. I also bike commuted and hiked in them. They were always water tight. Moisture would build up in them when snowshoeing at a rate of 1200ft and hour but the leg zips offered that extra venting needed. Overall I loved these pants the only downside is the weight, 1lb, 10oz. and that they don't make them anymore.
