Does anyone have any experience with the Bota of Boulder “Outback Filtration System?” It SEEMS like a good idea: for a couple ounces more than the weight of a Nalgene bottle alone, you get a built-in (replaceable) filter good for 200 bottles. If you take for granted the 99.99% filtration claim, then a remaining concern is clogging of the filter. I have one, and the flow is pretty reasonable…but I have not been able to put it to the test in water with more than a minimum amount of sediment to see whether it clogs too quickly. Anyone have any observations or other concerns?
