Having a custom footprint made for my Dragonfly

    Contemplating the different weight options..

background.. most all nights spent in sites where big rocks, branches, etc r not a factor…and, bad rain storms r not planned

So.. please shout out your views on the weight vs protection conundrum

    Thanks !!

.80 will be plenty. That’s what I had one built with and it’s perfect.

“The 1.0 oz/yd 2 variant of DCF has twice the Dyneema® fiber content and a thicker mylar layer compared to the 0.8 oz/yd 2. This makes it both stronger in tensile/tear strength and more abrasion/puncture resistant.”
