I broke my sunglasses into two pieces. They were hanging on my chest when I lifted a heavy suitcase and had to rest it on my chest as I was putting it into my car trunk. Snap! Oh sh–!
I went to their website and followed their instructions to send them back for a repair including $8.95 for shipping.
To my delight, they promptly returned my like new sunglasses accompanied with a rather stern lecture about proper care. No charge for the repair.
