Over the past 3 years I've had two different pairs of Teva Sandals fail. I hike a lot around Phoenix and the terrain is rough on shoes. Each time I boxed up the sandals and sent them to Teva. Both times the sandals were outside of the warranty period, yet I had a brand new pair in the mail in under two weeks…no questions asked. In my opinion, that's pretty great customer service.
