My Gigapower stove valve was creeping open during normal use. Emailed the service center in Clakamas,OR and was told 'send it in'. Sent it by certified mail and got delivery confirmation. Since then I have not heard from them and they do not reply to my emails. The mail delivery option I used did not have a signature requirement, so I can not prove who got my stove. It has been one month now. For all I know they could be testing my stove, or it could be lost.
I will revise this review if my stove ever shows up.
Edit: After one month a replacement stove did indeed show up. Luckly I had not purchased a replacement unit. For replacing a stove outside the warrantee window, Snowpeak gets a 5, for not keeping me informed with a quick tracking number email, the rating downrated to a 4.
