8.0 ounces is about 224 grams using two significant digits for the conversion; not 360. Using an extra excel column to do this conversion instead of typing in in manually will reduce the chance of further human error.

1lb ~= 453.59gm (usually rounded up to 454gm on food packaging in the USofA)

simply divide by two to get the equivalent gm for 8oz.
