This year I'll be thru hiking the CDT using almost completely myog gear including multiple items AEG will be bringing to the market. I know there's tons of info but can you guys point me towards some resources that include resupply stations and the works?

I highly recommend Yogi's CDT Handbook.
    Availiable at PCTHandbook.com
I used her guide for the PCT and CDT.
You get a planning guide AND a town/trail guide.
The information in the Town/trail guide is incredible.
Her latest update includes a map matrix keyed to the Jonathan Ley Maps as well as a resupply matrix in the appendix.

    .
The town guide is scaled down so the pages fit into a ziplock. She also has town maps for each resupply showing where all the services are.. it just totally makes you a local when you walk into town.
    Her guides kick butt!
