Anatol Jasiutyn just uploaded another fantastic video to YouTube, this time about using running shoes in the mountains. The places he walks are always inspiring, as is looking at how he uses his equipment. I'm surprised more people at BPL don't talk about him.
Nice, I am so happy i switched to trail shoes. I do all of my rock climbing approaches in Teva sandals with a pack almost as heavy as my backpacking gear anyway. i would much rather have my ankles have movement than have it translate up to my knees. Having lighter feet is definitely nice.
