This scale is easy to read, has a large table area so it is good for larger, fluffy, spread out items. I put a Snow Peak Ti plate on it to boost the area for holding stuff.
It weighs items up to 5 lbs.
It is easy to turn the adjustment knob in the back if you reach under the table to zero it out before weighing an item.
It is small enough that it fits on my desk top when I am measuring food or seasonings, or gear and taking any notes.
The great thing is it is around $20 at Office Depot.
So it is well built, easy to use, multi-functional since we also use it for postage, and weighs down to .5 – 1 oz pretty accurately. (I have taken the mail to the post office and asked the post mistress in our little PO to check the weight with her big digital machine, and the weights are identical to what I get or almost the same.)
