Dyneema review

Still learning about this stuff so here is some info in one spot:

Samson Rope and New England Ropes are rope manufacturers with trade names for their products. Dyneema is named by the chemical company that supplies the rope outfits.

Samson Lash-it:

1/16 inch, 1.8mm, 500# test, 1.92 oz. per hundred feet

3/32 inch, 2.2mm, 650# test, 2.56 oz. per hundred feet, Zpacks sells it

New England Ropes Dynaglide:

5/64 inch, 2.0mm, 1000#test, 1.6 oz. per hundred feet, Arrowhead Equipment

Samson Amsteel Blue:

7/64 inch, 2.5mm, 1600#test, 4.8 oz. per hundred feet

1/8 inch, 3.0mm, 2500#test, 8.0 oz. per hundred feet

I really like amsteel and have gadgets all over the house now. Dynaglide is nice too but it's a lot stiffer.
