I’m currently filling my head (ie inducing decision paralysis) with trip reports of the HRP and GR10 from BPL and various blogs.
Basically I’m looking to create a 5-10 day route through the French part of the pyrenees while I travel through France for a month. The wide 5-10 day window is because i would like to visit the alps as well, so i will need to compromise with either the alps (if anyone has suggestions here let me know!) or pyrenees having a shorter route. Andorra is also appealing as it takes me outside the Schengen zone ;)
The HRP generally appeals more than the gr10 as it seems a little more isolated and challenging, but I figure I’ll probably combine things if it makes sense. So for anyone who knows the pyrenees, do you have any suggestions on a 5-10 day route?
