was debating on taking this on an upcoming trip to Arizona when I realized it double as a clothes stuff sack, flat bottom and drawcord with cordlock and all…what do ya think?
It will work – just remember it's more delicate than most stuffsacks.
also known to make a good prefilter for water with floaties….
I have that one and have used it for my clothing stuff sack during the warmer months. It serves well enough in that role since I don't typically carry many extra clothes then and I definitely do want to have a headnet along. In cooler months when I pack more duds, I switch to my cuben fiber sack.
I haven't yet tried it as a coffee filter since I drink Starbucks VIA. :o)

mike, its interesting that i have been meaning to post this same idea on some forums, i have been using the same head net (exactly 1oz on my scale) for my underquilt stuff sack.. which then is worn on my head at night, replacing the hammock netting.
I am shaving off about 5 ounces by doing this, and my netless travel hammock is more comfortable than my netted version. not many bugs here in AZ, which part of our state are you interested in?
actually coming next week to visit my bud "pisanodc"
i know him. he is famous for the "Ange-a-rita"
;)
