Have two of the Bodyfit260 Oasis crews. they are long-sleeve. The torso is nicely fitted, the seams are durable (not flatlock) but non-chafing. I have layered this shirt over a Superfine190 with just and Arcteryx Gamma SV and been completely toasty in gale-force winds at about 20 degrees F. Pretty low-profile set-up for such weather protection.
This shirt is worth every cent of the $70 price tag. I wear one for about three days straight and it looks as good in day three as on day one.
