Something just didn’t click with this one. When I closed my eyes, this no cook meal didn’t taste like any of the chicken enchiladas I’d every had, andI just couldn’t see the connection. Some of the ingredients were similar, but the amount of sodium was up there, one package (claimed to be 2 ~ 400 calorie servings but everyone I know eats the whole bag) has almost 2000 mg sodium, getting close to your Sodium daily allowance.
You could argue this is really a 2.5, but I’m feeling generous tonight.
