I have ordered many products from Zpacks. The website is very specific about the wait time for gear that has to be made and Joe has never failed to deliver within that time frame. I had no problems returning the one item that I decided would not work for me. Everything I have received is top quality. Zpacks has many new products available and Joe will handle special requests. I just received my customized sleeping quilt that converts into a coat with a head opening and side fasteners. This works very well with my Zpacks poncho that also converts into an excellent bathtub floor for my tent. That ROCKS.
