Help finding article

I’m hoping someone can help me find an “article” on the site. I’ve tried looking and searches.

I seem to remember an article about Ryan J. hiking with friends in a canyon. It was cold and he didn’t push to hard. He even ended up sitting around chatting with friends in the evening.

I’m going on a similar hike and was hoping to review the gear list. Any help would be appreciated.
