This won’t help for the souther passes, but up north…
Over the July 4th weekend, the JMT/PCT was ~100% snow covered from the Marie Lakes junction to below the highest crossing of Lyell Fork; i.e. above Lyell Base Camp. The highest crossing could be done on a snowbridge, but that option is probably no longer available or safe. The Base Camp crossing was less than knee-deep using the submerged rocks. PCT hikers reported they’d had similar conditions for “several days” southward. The snow was soft, and crampons/ice axes were not needed, but trekking poles certianly helped navigate the sun cups.
