Ontario Hiker seeks same

Hello. My camping buddy just moved to Japan, and I am looking for someone interested in doing some UBP trips this summer to do the Bruce Trail, or even Algonquin. I am an experienced backpacker, but novice ultralighter, and I would love an interested, open minded person to get out of town with. I live near Waterloo, ON, if that is relevant. Let me know if there is anybody going out to partner with, or even if I can tag along with you I’d love it. By the way, I am a happily married, very fit male. Right.

Hi Rob,

I’m always looking for other people to hike with in UL style. For the moment I’m living in Markham but I regularily get out to Algonquin and Killarney for some UL action.

I would like to do the scenic section of the Bruce Trail near Lion’s Head sometime. Maybe we could try it in the coming weekends?
