John,
I just happened to notice this on the Grand Enchantment Trail mailing list on December 29th:
Greetings GET community — Just spend 3 days in the western Supers and can confirm that water is not an issue — Charlebois, LaBarge, Bluff Springs and Trapp Cyn springs are all running nicely. There is water in the Whiskey Springs drainage as well. This is without very much precip at all in the last six months so the prospects should be good for spring-time hiking if we can any kind of precip in the next six weeks. Also, there are pools of water in most of the drainages, this the residual from the storm that came through a couple of weeks ago. All in all a good report.
