Using Dr. Jordan’s 3 Season 3 Day list, what items would you add for a 3 week journey?

Locale: Colorado Rockies

With resupply:

Change of socks and underwear.
Spare batteries for headlamp.
More water treatment, food and other consumables.

Without resupply:

Food alone for me would be 30 pounds so I would want a beefier pack.
