While looking at terramar merino wool longies in a performance bike catalog I noticed quite a few trademarked fabrics all in about 5 pages.
Abletex,airblock851,amfib,breath h2o,channel max plus,climalite,climacool,climawarm,coolmax,chinook,drysport,d-vente,dry 3,dynasensor,drylete,ec2qwik-dri,event,fieldsensor,finotherm,hoflex&lite,heat gear,hydrator,hydrotech,hydroweave,illuminite,merino,midzero,monosense,microstretch,micro-dry,microspitech,outlast,powerstatic,powerdry,polysentric,prodri,quadra-tech,roubaix,sheltertri-comp,stretchshield,subzero,super roubaix,thermolite,thermafit,thermagrid,transpor,tricot,thermabreath, h2o,thermaltech,thermal s.p.y.,thermal h2zero,thermashield,triflex,thermal hyrogrid,ultrasensor,,windgard,windstopper n2s,windtex,x-zero,zephrr &2,2.5wxb. This doesn’t count goretex,lycra,teflon,etc.Several years ago flakepacker or someone published a fabric guide,has anyone seen one more recent? I do recognize a few of these but how would you winnow through the rest of this mess?I refuse to google up this heap just to satisfy my curiousity.
