I also tried to order an item a day or two ago, but didn't do so because I couldn't find where the coupon code could be entered. Sent an email, and left a phone message also, to ask how to use the coupon — as well as to learn more about some Oware products. Haven't heard back, yet.

Same here. I filled out the order including credit card info but no place to insert code right up to the last step to punch the "place order" button. I stopped the order process and have since arranged arranged to have a similar tent manufactured by a private contractor.
