Had adventures with hitchikers, hiked to Iceberg Lake, met a college friend on a Ranger internship, backpacked to Jackson Glacier, was attacked by swarms of mosquitoes, ate way too many huckleberries, and relished in the glory of being an ultralighter surrounded by traditional packers.
margaret. sounds like you had a wonderful time. nice to be lighter and beable to go further than most…i just got my base pack down to 19 lbs. without food and water. still want to go lighter, so some things are impossiable to give up, like chocolates…
