I love my Thermarest Stuff Sack Pillow (S). It weighs only 2 oz, and functions as both a stuff sack and a pillow. The exterior is made of silicone-treated Cordura nylon while the inside is lined with microfleece. When stuffed with my high loft insulated jacket, it forms a very comfortable pillow worthy of a 5 rating.

However, the comfort rating of the pillow depend on what it's stuffed with. If I plan on wearing all my clothes to bed, I'm bringing a different pillow.

I personally have tried about a dozen different types of camp pillows (from inflatables to full on stuffed down & synthetic pillows) and they were all either uncomfortable or very bulky and overly firm. This pillow stuff sack was the only one I was able to find in an 8L size, which when stuffed with my REI Revelcloud jacket (size L) made a pillow that was the perfect loft and comfortableness for me. The grey fabric inner is very comfortable to sleep directly on and when turned inside out so the sil-nylon is on the outside provides some decent water resistance also. It weighed in at 1.8 ounces on my scale, considering I'm usually bringing a light down or insulating later anyways this also was an amazing weight savings compared to other pillows. I rave of this setup to all my fellow buddies, I love it and it works just as intended, perfect.
