At the local WinCo grocery store I scored a IMUSA Grease Dispenser for $8.47.
It comes with a tossable 'grease filter'. The pot isn't super light – it is 8 ounces, but this is for a kettle that hold 1 1/2 quarts water though – which is pretty big. If one wanted a pot to boil pasta in, the spout has a built in strainer as well. The handles are very sturdy.
I think what I like most about it is that it is polished, not matte aluminum. I can't imagine carrying it for just me, but for trips with my husband and kid it would be perfect for ratio to weight.
