I saw someone post this on facebook. Sensational. Makes me want to thru-hike right out the door right now…(not that I'm overweight or anything, but more geared for strength at the moment which isn't completely aligned with my goals…thru-hiker body is!).
What makeover????! I liked his hair MUCH better "before"! ;^) But seriously… I've only done two "longish" hikes (250 miles, and 500 miles), and any excess weight just flies off, despite eating tons of junky trail food (which I do). We humans were not made for our urban, sedentary lives, and it shows.
