I have met Gavin once and can only say that he's a pretty good distance runner (top 10%) or so. He does have some guts though. I haven't been able to find any more info on this because he made the post before heading out to acclimate and is now in Narnia.
I'm a fan of, and inspired to train harder following these fkts on BPL. Glad they are here. To help keep track and not overlook or mixup attempts, let's title all fkt threads with the persons name
